If I could afford to buy...

Well, as the days go by and I am sitting here pondering what the deal is here...The shares are a bit pricey but I think it is a worthy investment if you are looking for a solid Long Term play. My suggestion is ticker symbol: PDT it has a nice dividend of 7.69% and an annual 1.08 dividend thus far payments for the dividends are Monthly. What else I find interesting here is that The Volume is not only nice but PDT has broken out 6 time already creating new highs while heading to the top. This too how ever if you decide to invest into this close end fund I suggest you do some reading about CEF funds you may like what you see, as in my opinion they are a great addition to ones portfolio, no matter what your skill level. check out PDT =D enjoy! Keep this one on the Down Low so we can accumulate =D and benefit each other free of major scalpers.lol

This week buys.

$TTDZ, $ILIV, $AEGY, $SKTO

If someone is driving prices down then do extra research and decide for yourself, well you should do that anyhow.

$TTDZ is in my opinion a great buy. do your homework and see why.

$ILIV is developing Mind or Brain enhancing games. Big plans for this company.

$AEGY developing a phone app for the Marijuana sector. alot of people are trying to tear this down but a lot of investors disagree with the negative aqusations and holding long.

$SKTO is sister company of $AEGY also negative speculation and ranting but a lot of investors see the potential in this business model and i see great things comming in this sector as to whats going on in the whitehouse about medical marijuana now.

"This sea change in approach reflects true leadership by the DOJ and bodes well for the growth of the medical marijuana industry in California and elsewhere," said Company Chairman Kevin Allyn. "Now, if they obey the state regulatory requirements, collectives, for their patients, can focus on acquiring the quality products they need to maintain their patients' quality of life without the fear of federal intervention that used characterize their business life. We salute the Obama administration in this forward and practical approach to one of the fastest growing regulated businesses in the United States."

Marijuana Legalization 2013: Respect State Marijuana Laws Act Would Ban Federal Crackdowns

A bipartisan bill introduced in Congress today would, if passed, protect individual marijuana consumers, as well medical and non-medical marijuana businesses operating in states in which they are legal. If the law is approved, it would shelte both medical and recreational users from prosecution under federal marijuana laws. The legislation, sponsored by U.S. Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-Calif.), would modify the Controlled Substances Act so that anyone acting in compliance with a state marijuana law would be immune from federal prosecution. The Respect State Marijuana Laws Act, H.R. 1523, would add the following provision to the current law: "Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the pro-visions of this subchapter related to marihuana shall not apply to any person acting in compliance with State laws relating to the production, possession, distribution, dispensation, administration, or delivery of marihuana." Republicans and Democrats are coming together in support of the legislation that would prohibit the government from interfering with state marijuana laws. Co-sponsors of the bill include Reps. Justin Amash (R-Mich.), Don Young (R-Ark.), Earl Blumenauer (D-Ore.), Steve Cohen (D-Tenn.), and Jared Polis (D-Colo.). "This bipartisan bill represents a common-sense approach that establishes federal government respect for all states' marijuana laws," said Rohrabacher. "It does so by keeping the federal government out of the business of criminalizing marijuana activities in states that don't want it to be criminal."

The 113th session of Congress (2013-2014) marks a new era in marijuana policy at the federal level.

For the first time ever, members of Congress must confront the fact that voters in two U.S. states have made the possession and use of marijuana legal for all adults. On top of the large number of medical marijuana states, this is creating significant pressure for reform. Keep reading to see how you can take action to show your representatives in Congress you support marijuana policy reform. MPP's federal goals for 2013-2014 are to: Build support for legislation that would treat marijuana like alcohol under federal law Work with members of Congress on bills designed to protect and assist medical marijuana patients and providers Increase public pressure on the Department of Justice to eliminate prosecutions of individuals acting in compliance with state medical marijuana laws Generate media coverage about an FDA-approved study of marijuana use as a possible treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in order to put pressure on the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) to provide marijuana for the study MPP's quick and easy online system allows you to communicate with decision makers in Washington, D.C. Eric Holder Says DOJ Will Let Washington, Colorado Marijuana Laws Go Into Effect Posted: 08/29/2013 1:30 pm EDT | Updated: 08/29/2013 6:32 pm EDT

WASHINGTON -- The United States government took a historic step back from its long-running drug war on Thursday, when Attorney General Eric Holder informed the governors of Washington and Colorado that the Department of Justice would allow the states to create a regime that would regulate and implement the ballot initiatives that legalized the use of marijuana for adults.

*************************************************************************************************************** U.S. Won’t Sue to Reverse States’ Legalization of Marijuana

By ASHLEY SOUTHALL and JACK HEALY Published: August 29, 2013

WASHINGTON — The Justice Department on Thursday said it would not sue to block laws legalizing marijuana in 20 states and the District of Columbia, a move that proponents hailed as an important step toward ending the prohibition of the drug. In a memo to federal prosecutors nationwide on Thursday, James M. Cole, the deputy attorney general, erased some uncertainty about how the government would respond to state laws making it legal to use marijuana for medical or recreational purposes. Citing “limited prosecutorial resources,” Mr. Cole explained the change in economic terms. But the memo also made clear that the Justice Department expects states to put in place regulations aimed at preventing marijuana sales to minors, illegal cartel and gang activity, interstate trafficking of marijuana, and violence and accidents involving the drug. “A system adequate to that task must not only contain robust controls and procedures on paper; it must also be effective in practice,” he wrote. “This is a historic day,” said Ean Seeb, a co-owner of a marijuana dispensary called Denver Relief. “This is the beginning of the end of marijuana prohibition.”

Congress to Hold Hearing on Country's Clashing Marijuana Laws Blurred lines between state and federal laws forces Congress to take up hearing on marijuana.

 By Lauren Fox

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Sen. Patrick Leahy, D-Vt., announced Monday he will address the blurred lines between federal and state marijuana laws in an upcoming hearing. The hearing, which is scheduled for Sept. 10, comes as 20 states allow marijuana for medical purposes and Colorado and Washington voted to legalize recreational use of marijuana in 2012.

SKTO: ALTERNATIVE HEALTH CARE

The buy in price just got better, I would get in now at these prices.

Although there is a "dark history" about this ticker the negative posters have to say about this I for one am a believer of medical marijuana.

No side effects of radiation when using this herb. Why ban holistic medicine, that there is no overdose records in the history of marijuana.

On the other hand we have pharmaceutical companies creating medicines that drop people like flies. In some cases sleeping disorders & urinary problems.

Yet here we have a company that the governor of California supports. We have approved state's for medical users and some on the verge of recreational use.

The green rush is happening and there is lots of people rushing into "Cannibusiness" which would generate enough cash to pay of national debts.

There is an old saying,  Marijuana is worth its wieght in gold.

Simce gold holds its value rather well I think marijuana would do the same as a world commodities trade in forms of super foods & medicine.

So its time to set asside the "what if's" and think about places like, Amsterdam.

Only 8% high-school students in Amsterdam will try weed this year, over 80% American teens will smoke by freshman year of high-school simply because the rebel factor.

The ratios of drinking will not only be higher, but also more deadly.

Think about it, there is Alcohol poisoning but there is no marijuana poisoning...

Sides effects of marijuana is munchies, being stoned, more creative juices, & laughter.

So why is it labeled so evil and more addictive than cocaine... Lol

Its absurd that this herb is classifieds a schedule 1 drug.

I hope oneday we will see true benefits of reaping the harvest involving Medical MARIJUANA.

My thoughts SKTO is a great point of Entry starting Monday.

Glta!
